Cabinet Guide

A quick reference for common cabinet types and project pieces.

Base Cabinets

Floor-mounted cabinets used throughout cabinet layouts. Common types include standard bases, drawer bases, sink bases, and corner bases.

Wall Cabinets

Upper cabinets mounted to the wall. Available sizes and configurations vary by item.

Drawer Base (DB)

A base cabinet made primarily of stacked drawers.

Sink Base (SB)

A base cabinet intended for the sink area.

Blind Wall (BW)

A wall-cabinet configuration used near a corner where part of the cabinet extends into the blind corner space.

Tall / Pantry Cabinets

Full-height cabinets used for tall storage and other cabinet layouts.

Panels & Fillers

Panels finish exposed areas. Fillers help close gaps and create needed spacing.

Toe Kick

A finishing piece used along the recessed area at the bottom front of base and tall cabinets.

Moldings & Trim

Finishing pieces used at cabinet tops, bottoms, corners, and transitions.
